PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile information processing system capable of suppressing unnecessary increase in a data volume to be uploaded from a mobile terminal.SOLUTION: The mobile information processing system collects and distributes photographic data photographed by a camera 101 mounted on a mobile terminal 100 via a radio communication between the mobile terminal 100 and a server 201. The system includes a photographing control section 111 that performs a control to limit photographic data to be uploaded to the server 201 in accordance with a traffic environment on a moving route of the mobile terminal 100. The photographing control section 111 also performs the control to limit the photographic data to be uploaded to the server 201 in accordance with presence or absence of the same or similar other photographic data collected in the server 201.
