The method involves moving a frame (20) from a corner finery station (3), and positioning a pivot pin (22) on inner sides of a first leg and a second leg. The frame is pivoted around a specified angle around the pivot pin in a counterclockwise direction until one of the legs is arranged parallel to a front edge (19). The frame is moved back in parallel to the front edge in a starting position until the pivot pin is located between the inner sides of the second leg and a third leg. The above steps are repeated until all corners are cleaned and a deseamed frame is removed. An independent claim is also included for a device for successive cleaning of corners of a frame in a corner finery station.
