PURPOSE: An electricity control method and an electricity control method of a hybrid vehicle is provided to drive an engine for constant time at IG KEY ON, thereby being capable of preventing the damages of a main battery. CONSTITUTION: An electricity control system of a hybrid vehicle comprises a BMS(battery management system)(30), an LDC(Low voltage DC-DC converter)(40) and an HCU(Hybrid Control unit)(60). The BMS maintains a main battery(10) and a sub battery(20), and monitors and outputs the SOC(State of Charge) value of the main battery. The LDC converts voltage supplied from the main battery and charges the sub battery. The HCU comprises a nonvolatile memory. The HCU generates LDC use-prohibiting control commands, conducts the LDC use-prohibiting control commands and stores in the nonvolatile memory.
