PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a writing utensil in which an ink storage portion of a metal tube is treated by surface treatment, ink is not influenced with adverse effects, the temporal leakage of ink and a follower does not occur, and the reversion of the ink and the follower hardly occurs.SOLUTION: An ink storage portion 12 incorporated in a barrel 10 is formed of a metal tube, and the inner surface of the metal tube is subjected to baking treatment using silicone oil. |
