PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for enabling effective utilization of radioactive cesium by lowering the concentration of radioactive cesium of main ash in which the amount of generated main ash is overwhelmingly large to be harmless in a method for incinerating combustibles containing radioactive cesium to reduce the volume of the combustibles.SOLUTION: An incineration method for combustibles containing radioactive cesium includes a first process for heating combustibles containing radioactive cesium with the reduction atmosphere of 400 to 1000°C to partially oxidizing the combustibles, and a second process for incinerating a residue including a large amount of carbon generated in the first process with oxidative atmosphere to be incineration ash.
