PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To take out a downstream side cylindrical filter without disassembling a valve casing.SOLUTION: A swirl vane 12 is arranged in an annular space 11 formed by a body 1 and an exhaust pipe 10. The upper side of the swirl vane 12 is connected to an inlet 6. The upper side of the exhaust pipe 10 is connected to an outlet 7 through a hole inside the exhaust pipe 10. A liquid reservoir chamber 15 is formed below the annular space 11, and the lower end of the liquid reservoir chamber 15 is connected to a liquid discharge port 8. An upstream side cylindrical filter for filtering a fluid is arranged between the exhaust pipe 10 and the liquid reservoir chamber 15, and a downstream side cylindrical filter 22 is arranged inside the upstream side cylindrical filter 24. The filtration particle size of the upstream side cylindrical filter 24 is formed to be larger than that of the downstream side cylindrical filter 22. A plug hole 5 is provided on the outlet 7 side of the upstream side cylindrical filter 24 and downstream side cylindrical filter 22. The downstream side cylindrical filter 22 is connected to a plug 25 detachably connected to the plug hole 5, and the downstream side cylindrical filter 22 is put in and out of the plug hole 5. |
