<p>Provided is a display device in which a wire material can be latched to the front cabinet at low cost with a high degree of workability, and the wire material can be satisfactorily suppressed from digging into a boss or a similar element when the rear cabinet is screwed onto the front cabinet. Also provided is a television receiver equipped with the display device. A boss (24) is provided to a substrate attachment part (21) protruding diagonally at the lower side of the frame (22) of the front cabinet (2). The boss (24) is equipped with: a platform (241) having a substantially C-shaped vertical cross-section; a cylindrical main boss body (242) provided on the flat surface of the platform (241); and a latching part (245) provided in continuation from the flat surface of the platform (241). The latching part (245) is equipped with: a first stopper (243) protruding in the planar direction of the substrate attachment part (21); and a second stopper (244) provided to the tip of the first stopper (243) so as to face the substrate attachment part (21). A harness (7) is latched to the latching part (245).</p> |
