In response to an operation using a first identifier, a communication device assumes a state in which access to a communication management system is possible. In the state of having access, the communication unit can communicate with one or more other devices. In the state of having access, when a conversation request and second identifier are received from one of the one or more other devices, a determination is made as to whether or not the second identifier has a predetermined specific relationship with the first identifier used to enter the state of having access. The communication unit is controlled such that when the second identifier has a specific relationship with the first identifier used to enter the state of having access, data associated with the first identifier used to enter the state of having access is transmitted to the one other device, and when the second identifier does not have a specific relationship with the first identifier used to enter the state of having access, the data associated with the first identifier used to enter the state of having access is not transmitted to the one other device.
|
