PURPOSE: A voice phishing prevention system and a method thereof are provided to secure the personal information of a user by preventing voice phishing using a caller's voice. CONSTITUTION: A receiving unit (320) receives an authentication request including a voice of an agent and agency identification data from a user terminal. An authentication processing unit (340) identifies whether the voice of the agent is authenticated or not based on the voice of the agent and the agency identification data and produces an authentication data based on the identification result. A transmitting unit (350) transmits the authentication result to the user terminal.
