<p>The embodiments of the present invention relate to the technical field of wireless communications, and more particularly to a method, system and device for increasing mobility robustness, which are used for increasing the judgment accuracy rate of mobility robustness in a networking environment of a macro base station (Macro) and a pico base station (Pico) in a heterogeneous network (Hetnet) scenario. The method comprises: after determining that a network side configures relative neighbour cell handover offset in an enhanced inter-cell interference coordination (EICIC) scenario for user equipment, a first network-side device sending to a second network-side device, to which a cell with a cell parameter setting error is subordinate, a notification that the network side is configuring relative neighbour cell handover offset in the EICIC scenario for the user equipment. Because of taking into account the condition of multilayer coverage in a Hetnet scenario, the accuracy rate for judging mobility robustness in a networking environment of a macro base station (Macro) and a pico base station (Pico) is increased, and the performance of mobility robustness optimization (MRO) is further increased.</p> |
