<p>The present invention relates to a pencil-type non-contacting powder vibrating foundation, and more particularly to a pencil-type multifunctional sanitary make-up puff device, wherein a non-contacting eccentric-shaft vibrator is coupled to the top of a motor, a vibrator cover is coupled to the outside of the non-contacting eccentric-shaft vibrator, and a puff is coupled to the outside of the vibrator cover, and wherein the puff which is linked to the non-contacting vibrator is made to effect small vibrations so as to cause makeup to permeate the face well, and the vibrational frequency of the puff can be set at a predetermined value and then kept at a uniform vibrational frequency so as to make the overall brightness of the face uniform face after making-up. In particular, after making-up has been carried out, a sterilizing action always takes place such that microorganisms parasitizing the puff are eradicated and a clean puff can be used.</p> |
