PURPOSE: A production method of garlic salt is provided to simply produce salt containing active ingredients of garlic. CONSTITUTION: Bay salt is washed with water. The washed bay salt is firstly roasted at 120-170°C for 20-40 minutes. The firstly roasted bay salt is firstly cooled. The cooled bay salt is secondly roasted at 180-220°C for 20-40 minutes. The roasted bay salt is second cooled at 70-100°C. The cooled bay salt is mixed with garlic slices in a weight ratio of 1:0.02-0.2, and the mixture is thirdly roasted at 80-120°C for 5-20 minutes. The roasted bay salt and garlic mixture is dried.
