摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device of an internal combustion engine capable of improving optimally an air-fuel ratio feedback control, and maintaining, at the best conditions, reduction of fuel consumption, reduction of CO, HC emissions, vehicle traveling performance, and vehicle controllability.SOLUTION: A control device of an internal combustion engine includes: a sharing rate determining means for determining a sharing ratio between fuel injection only by an intake path injection injector 12, and fuel injection by the intake path injection injector and an in-cylinder injection injector 11, depending on operating conditions of an internal combustion engine 1; and an air-fuel ratio feedback controlling means for feedback-controlling a fuel injection amount based on an output of an air-to-fuel ratio sensor 23. The air-fuel ratio feedback controlling means learns a first optimum value which is an optimum value of a fuel injection amount of the intake path injection injector, when the fuel is injected only by the intake path injection injector, and learns a second optimum value which is an optimum value of a fuel injection amount of the in-cylinder injection injector using the first optimum value, when the fuel is being injected by the intake path injection injector and the in-cylinder injection injector.
