PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a porous bioresorbable dressing used in applying reduced pressure therapy to a wound site.SOLUTION: A method includes a step 101 of dissolving one or more bioresorbable polymers in a solvent; a step 102 of adding a particle of a porogen system in the solvent; a step 103 of removing the solvent and forming a solid dressing; a step of heat pressing the dressing; and a step 106 of starting formation of a micropore by contacting the dressing and a liquid.
