Provided are: a curable composition able to form a cured film having lyophobic properties able to be sufficiently caused to be lyophilic even if irradiated by ultraviolet rays at a wavelength of at least 300 nm, and having favorable insulating and lyophobic properties; an article having a cured film obtained by curing the curable composition; and a method for producing the article. A cured film is formed using the curable composition containing a polymer having units (u1) that are on the basis of the compound represented by the formula (m1). R1 is a hydrogen atom, methyl group, or the like; R2 is a divalent organic group or the like; Cf is a fluoroalkyl group having 1-20 carbon atoms, or the like; X is O, S, N, or NH; m = 1 to 2; n = 0 to 4; k = 0 to 1; and Z is a (meth)acryloyl group or the like.
