<p>[Problem] To provide a delivery system for items for in-vivo retention and that is such that the holding force of the items for in-vivo retention does not decrease even after passing through a bent section of a lumen in a living body, and the holding effect can be sustained over the long term. [Solution] The present invention is has: a hollow shaft section; a balloon (120) that can dilate and that is disposed at the outer periphery of the top of the shaft section; and an item (110) for in-vivo retention that is dilated by the dilation of the balloon (120) and that is disposed at the outer periphery of the balloon (120). The balloon (120) has a plurality of protrusions (132) for adhering the item (110) for in-vivo retention. The protrusions (132) increase surface area and are configured in a manner so as to manifest adhering force by means of physical adhesion resulting from the Van der Waals force.</p> |
