COMPRESSED AIR SINGLE-ACTION ACTUATOR

A compressed air single-action actuator includes an actuator body (113), two ends of which are provided with a piston (102) respectively. A rack (103) is provided on the piston (102), and a center shaft (104) is provided between the two racks. A plurality of small return springs (107) are provided between the piston (102) and corresponding actuator body (113). An inner cavity (106) is formed between the two pistons (102), and an outer cavity (109) is formed between the piston and the actuator body (113). The actuator body (113) is provided with an outer cavity air passage (301) communicated with the outer cavity (109). A solenoid valve (201) is mounted on the interface of the plate-type solenoid valve of the actuator body, and a connecting plate (202) of the solenoid valve is mounted between the interface of the plate-type solenoid valve and the solenoid valve (201). An air storage chamber (12) is provided at the side of the actuator body. The actuator body is provided with a first air-inlet channel (302) communicated with the air storage chamber (12). One end of the first air-inlet channel at the air storage chamber is provided with a one-way valve (304), and the other end is provided at the right lower side of the interface of the solenoid valve and corresponds to a second air port (209) of the connecting plate (202) of the solenoid valve. The actuator body is further provided with a first air-discharge channel communicated with the air storage chamber (12). The outlet of the first air-discharge channel is provided at the left upper side of the interface of the plate type solenoid valve and corresponds to a third air port (210) of the connecting plate (202) of the solenoid valve. The compressed air inside the air storage chamber can ensure the valve to be normally closed when the valve is short of electric or air.
