<p>Disclosed are a method and device for controlling a user call, which relate to the field of communications, and are applied to the control of external-line user long-distance calls via Voice over Internet Protocol. The present invention overcomes the defects of high costs and complex operations caused by controlling an external-line user through other devices to make a long-distance call through an inside VoIP system, and achieves the long-distance call control with a high efficiency, a high speed and low costs. The method for controlling a user call provided in the embodiments of the present invention comprises: receiving a call application of a first external-line user, the call application comprising the number of the first external-line user and the number of a called party; when the number of the called party is a long-distance call number, querying an authority relationship table, the authority relationship table comprising an internal-line number and a number of an external-line user with a long-distance call authority; and if the number of the first external-line user is in the authority relationship table, putting through the call of the first external-line user.</p> |
