PURPOSE: A detection of a radio marker gene, At4g37990(aromatic alcohol: NADP+oxidoreductase), and a transgenic indicator plant using the same are provided to effectively detect gamma ray exposure. CONSTITUTION: An At4g37990 gene-knockdown transgenic plant for detecting radiation exposure is prepared by transforming an RNAi(RNA interference) expression vector containing an radio marker gene, At4g37990(aromatic alcohol:NADP+ oxidoreductase) gene, into an Arabidopsis thaliana plant. The At4g37990 gene has a base sequence of sequence number 1. |
