PURPOSE: Lacquer resin having the difficult drying condition is provided to be variously applied to the chemical fiber thread of functional lacquer composition or plastic or film by manufacturing polymeric composition using the same and oxidizing to remove the toxicity. CONSTITUTION: Polymeric composition using lacquer resin puts 50g of hydrogen peroxide or 20g of potassium permanganate to 1000g of lacquer resin in the reaction tank. Also, 1000g of oxidized lacquer resin and 1000g of one selected from PET resin, nylon, PE, PP, acrylic resin, soybean oil, and corn oil are stirred to be formed for two hours at 50°C. The manufacturing method of polymeric composition using lacquer resin manufactures by stirring and mixing 1000g of the oxidized lacquer resin and 1000g of one selected from PET resin, nylon, PE, PP, acrylic resin, soybean oil, and corn oil with the mixer at 80°C for one hour at 60RPM after putting one selected from the group of 50g of hydrogen peroxide or 20g of potassium permanganate to 1000g of lacquer resin for stirring two hours at 50°C to oxidize. |
