PURPOSE: A back panel assembly is provided to improve watertight ability, frame rigidity, and collision performance by including a dual member structure dually connected to a back panel in a closed section. CONSTITUTION: A back panel assembly comprises a back panel(1), a transverse member(2), a rear flow end cross member(3), a first rear flow end cross extension(4), and a second rear flow end cross extension(5). The back panel comprises the rear of a vehicle. The transverse member forms an upper closed section. The rear flow ends cross member forms a lower closed section. The first rear flow end cross extension and the second rear flow end cross extension are located at both right and left sides of the rear flow end cross member.
