PURPOSE: A network based process map verifying method is provided to express a composition module as a network, thereby mathematically verifying a process map. CONSTITUTION: A change of a location of a syringe or setting of a gas valve connected to a gas supplying unit in one process line(S5). When the location of the syringe is changed, the changed syringe is set as a starting node(S6). When the setting of the gas valve is changed, a container node connected to the gas supplying unit is set as the starting node. An access container node connected to the starting node is found in a flow network(S7). When the access container node connected to the starting node is not existed, the one process line is recorded as an error line(S8). |
