PURPOSE: A jig mechanism for a brace is provided to enable the rapid and accurate determination, the numerical calculation, and the control of vibration control performance while the brace proper to characteristics of the site is supported by a jig. CONSTITUTION: A jig mechanism for a brace includes a base frame (20), a pair of side frames (30), an upper frame (40), and hinge devices (50). The base frame includes a connection plate (22) on one end portion, an oil-less bearing on a contacted portion of the connection plate and a long bolt, a fixed plate (25) on the bottom surface, and a lug (27) on the top surface. An oil-less bearing is interposed between a connection plate (32) on the other end portion of the base frame and a contacted portion of the connection plate and a long bolt so that one side frame is connected to be rotatable. A connection plate (42) is arranged on an end portion of the other side frame so that the upper frame is connected to be rotatable. The hinge devices are arranged on connected portions of the base frame, side frames, and the upper frame. |
