PURPOSE: A method for controlling an air conditioner of a vehicle for automatically removing humidity from a window of a vehicle is provided to increase the air distribution of a defrost vent for auto defog, thereby easily removing the humidity therefrom. CONSTITUTION: A method for controlling an air conditioner of a vehicle for automatically removing humidity from a window of a vehicle comprises as follows: using an air conditioning control device to determine whether a current indoor condition satisfies an auto defog start condition based on window temperature and indoor moisture which are detected from a sensor(S11); determining whether a current outside air mode is working when the auto defog start condition is satisfied(S12); and gradually controlling the air distribution of a defrost vent according to the air volume of a coordination blower(S16,S17).
