PURPOSE: A high voltage positive temperature co-efficient heater is provided to fundamentally exclude flow probability of a positive temperature co-efficient element by clinching the shape of an insulator. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of PTC(Positive Temperature Co-efficient) elements is arranged to a monolayer. A pair of terminals is composed of materials having electric conductance and is formed into a plate shape. A pair of terminals comprises a plurality of inlet ports of a through-hole or a shift shape and a socket which is connected to an external power supply. An insulator is formed into materials having electric insulation. Upper part housing(610) is combined in the upper side of a PTC heat module(500). Lower part housing(620) is combined in the lower side of the PTC heat module. A cover(630) is combined with the upper part housing. |
