PURPOSE: An opening and closing device for a buried ball valve is provided to minimize a loading space and to solve the incontinence of management by applying one opening and closing device to various ball valves regardless of the size of a coupling part. CONSTITUTION: An opening and closing device for a buried ball valve comprises a latch device(120). The latch device is installed between both steering wheels(140). One end of a gear member(110) is connected to the bottom of the latch device and the other end thereof is coupled to a fastening cap. The gear member comprises a fastening port(185), a power transmission shaft, and a support. The fastening port is connected to a female coupling pipe of a driving bevel gear and a male coupling pipe of a hand lever. The power transmission shaft is thread-coupled to a movable plate at the bottom of a driven bevel gear. |
