CONSTITUTION: A micro probe array measures a pain signal. A protection electrode (130) is formed on a substrate (140). A plurality of micro probes measure voltage and current of the skin. An insulation layer (120) reduces noise between the micro probes. The surface of the insulation layer is grounded to the protection electrode.
