<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus capable of acquiring a suitable image in image processing of a part of an object. <P>SOLUTION: The imaging apparatus is provided with: an imaging means (2); a partial region setting means (4, a step S10, only step numbers are described hereafter); a luminance information calculation means (4, S12); and an image acquisition means (3, S15). The imaging means can acquire a plurality of whole images each of which is obtained by picking up the object with different exposure time. The partial region setting means sets a plurality of partial regions (tracking regions) in the whole images in which the object is picked up. The luminance information calculation means calculates luminance information to the partial regions. The image acquisition means acquires one whole image associated with at least one partial region among the plurality of whole images picked up by the imaging means as a selected image corresponding to the partial region based on the luminance information to the partial regions. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
