PURPOSE: A food waste and night soil treatment plant is provided to crystalize the recycled water, thereby creating an added-value. CONSTITUTION: A food waste and night soil treatment plant comprises: a preprocessing tub removing foreign substance or soil from the food waste and night soil; a digestion tank (70) digesting the sludge passed through the preprocessing tub; a digestion sludge thickener (80) concentrating the digested sludge; and a phosphorus crystallizing device (150) taking the supernatant from the digestion sludge thickener and injecting a pH controller, then producing phosphorus crystals by injecting a crystallizing chemical.
