<p>PURPOSE: An apparatus for drying an integrated and fixed type sludge is provided to constantly maintain the amount of sludge, which is dried in a drying unit, and to prevent the contamination of wasted hot wind which is discharged to the outside. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for drying an integrated and fixed type sludge includes a drying unit (10), a hot wind injecting unit (20), a hot wind discharging unit (30), a hot wind distributing unit (40), an adjusting unit (50), and an impurity removing unit (70). The hot wind injecting unit is formed on one side of the drying unit. The hot wind discharging unit is formed on another side of the drying unit in order to discharge the hot wind which is used in the drying unit. The hot wind distributing unit includes a plurality of distribution members which is horizontally installed in the drying unit and is cross-wisely formed in the vertical direction in order to distribute the injected hot wind. The adjusting unit is installed on an outlet in order to adjust the discharging amount of dried sludge. The impurity removing unit is in connection with the rear end of the hot wind discharging unit and removes the impurities from the hot wind.</p> |
