<p>PURPOSE: A tidal power generation apparatus is provided to be simply built by making a damp and a beam unnecessary to improve generating efficiency and to minimize ecosystem changes by satisfying environmental regulations. CONSTITUTION: A tidal power generation apparatus comprises a vessel (10), a water turbine (20), and a power generation module (30). The vessels are anchored to be lined up to form a waterway in the tidal inflow direction. The water turbine is formed in between the vessels, and has a shaft supporting unit (13) on which a rotary shaft (21) is rotatably fixed. A side plate (22) is fixed on the rotary shaft. A supporting rib, a tide support ring (24), and a tide contact plate (25) are fixed in between the side plates.
