摘要 <p>PURPOSE: A marker for detecting pathogenic virus for Solanaceae plants and a detection method using the same are provided to enable simple, quick, and accurate reproduction of a detection result and to detect a small amount of a sample such as a small piece of infected leaves. CONSTITUTION: A method for simultaneously detecting virus in infected Solanaceae plants comprises the steps of: isolating total RNA from the Solanaceae plants; synthesizing cDNA from the total RNA; mixing cDNA as a template, a primer set of sequence numbers 9 and 10, a primer set of sequence numbers 15 and 16, a primer set of sequence numbers 19 and 20, a buffer solution, dNTPs, and DNA polymerase in a tube; annealing the mixture at 56°C and performing PCR; and separating the PCR products by size. A composition for PCR contains the primer set of sequence numbers 9 and 10, the primer set of sequence numbers 15 and 16, the primer set of sequence numbers 19 and 20, the buffer solution, dNTPs, and DNA polymerase.</p>
