<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing apparatus for correcting a component signal of a moving picture, an encoding device, a decoding device and a program. <P>SOLUTION: This image processing apparatus 1, an image processing apparatus for correcting a component signal of a moving picture, includes: a teacher-signal generating means (3-5) for generating teacher signals of a second component signal and a third component signal, by normalizing a first component signal in order to correct the second component signal and the third component signal in an image signal of a predetermined format, obtained through an irreversible encoding system; and a correcting means (9) for correcting the second component signal and the third component signal, on the basis of the teacher signals, if the difference value obtained by comparing the second component signal and the third component signal to the teacher signals is not more than a predetermined threshold. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
