<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rocking gear device capable of preventing generation of noise from an engagement part, a transmission ratio variable mechanism and a vehicular steering device. <P>SOLUTION: The transmission ratio variable mechanism 5 is provided with an input member 20 and an output member 22 serration-fitted to outer peripheries of shaft ends of first and second shafts 11, 12 respectively. Crowning in a tooth trace direction A1 is applied to at least one of male serration teeth 71, 76 of the shaft ends of the first and second shafts 11, 12 and female serration teeth 73, 78 of the input member 20 and the output member 22.
