<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emitting color conversion member capable of obtaining a high reliability and long-life white illumination light source even using a blue LED element, especially a high-output blue LED element. <P>SOLUTION: In the emitting light conversion member for obtaining a white light by converting a part of the blue light emitted from a blue light source to a yellow color light and synthesizing it with remaining blue light, an inorganic phosphor is dispersed in a glass having a softening point of ≥500°C and a thermal expansion coefficient of 20-75×10<SP>-7</SP>/°C. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
