<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a latent heat recovery heat source machine, draining water after the drainage is simply and surely cleaned. <P>SOLUTION: The drainage generated with latent heat recovery from combustion exhaust gas by a secondary heat exchanger 6 is neutralized in a neutralizing vessel 51, and the neutralized drainage is filtered in a filtering vessel 52. A reverse osmosis film is taken as a filtration film, and the boundary between a raw solution passage for running a filtering object and a filtration passage which filtered clean water enters is partitioned by the filtration film, and the pressurized water to be treated is caused to flow into the raw solution passage by a drain pump 53 according to a crossflow filtration system to be filtered. The filtered clean water is discharged from a delivery pipe 84, and unfiltered concentrated water is returned to the downstream part of the neutralizing vessel by a return pipe 83.
