A controller-integrated electric rotating machine according to the present invention is provided with a heat sink (23) on which a plurality of power modules included in an electric-power conversion circuit are mounted, a power-input/output conductor (11) that is fixed to a bus bar (30) electrically connected with a DC power source and is electrically connected with the DC power source and the bus bar (30), and a case (25), made of an insulator, that is fixed to the heat sink (23) and is provided with a terminal (24) that is electrically connected with the bus bar (30) and the plurality of power modules(21); the bus bar is provided with a single electric connection portion (301) and at least one mechanical connection portion other than the electric connection portion (301), electrically connected with the terminal (24) by means of the single electric connection portion (301), and mechanically connected with the heat sink (23) or the bracket through an insulating material by means of the at least one mechanical connection portion. |
