A nozzle coating device and a method of manufacturing a color filter substrate using the nozzle coating device are provided to form a stripe color filter pattern through a one-time rectilinear motion using a gap slit nozzle having a plurality of bars and slits. A nozzle coating device(101) includes a slit head(103), a storage tank(160), a supply line(150), a pump(155), and a stage(165). The slit head includes a first slit nozzle(105), a gap nozzle slit(110), and a second slit nozzle(120). The gap nozzle slit has a plurality of bars having a first width, which are arranged at a predetermined interval to form slits having a second width. The gap nozzle slit is disposed between the first and second slit nozzles. The supply line is connected to the slit head. The pump is connected to the supply line. The storage tank is connected with the pump. The stage is located under the slit head. |
