The present invention relates to an image acquiring device of a pattern phase retardation film. An embodiment of the present invention comprises: a lighting portion for irradiating light; a primary polarized light portion which makes the light emitted by the lighting portion to become linearly polarized light and to make a primary rotation angle (theta 1) to change; the pattern phase retardation film, which comprises liquid crystal coating layers, wherein the liquid crystal coating layers formed alternately and repeatedly to make the light passing through the primary polarized light portion to be a first polarized light pattern area of left-handed circular polarized light and make the light passing through the primary polarized light portion to be a second polarized light pattern area of right-handed circular polarized light; a secondary polarized light portion, which makes the light passing through the pattern phase retardation film to be polarized light; and a filming portion, which uses the light passing through the secondary polarized light portion to film the pattern phase retardation film. |
