MEMORY DEVICE, MEMORY SYSTEM AND PROGRAM METHOD OF THE SAME

PURPOSE: A memory device, a memory system, and a programming method thereof are provided to improve the performance of the memory device by programming a first type data and a second type data on a corresponded page among pages having different properties. CONSTITUTION: A memory controller (Ctrl) sets first type offset information for first type data (HDTA) and second type offset information for second type data (CDTA). A memory device (MEM) programs the first type data on a first type page read in a first speed by receiving the first type offset information and the second type data on a second type page read in a second speed by receiving the second type offset information.
