[Class 81(ii)] A soothing - teat comprises a teat 1 closed by a plug 2, and a guard 4 integral with a holder 3 of ring or bow formation. The ring, guard and plug may be moulded in one piece. According to the Provisional Specification, the holder 3 may be attached to the guard by pegs entering holes in the guard and secured therein by cement, and a separate closure plug may be forced into the open end of the teat forcing, the wall of the teat against a central opening of the guard. |
