<p>The device (8) has an oil cylinder (9) axially traversed via a movable rod carrying a piston (10). The rod forms a portion (2a) of a rack-and-pinion (2) surrounded by the cylinder. Communication channels (14, 18, 22) comprise non return valves (21, 24) and/or controlled locking unit (17) i.e. controlled solenoid valve. The channels are respectively provided between end zones (11, 12) of the cylinder, a central zone (13) and one of the end zones, and the central zone and the other end zone so as to allow the rod to move to a center position in which the piston is located in the central zone.</p> |
