<p>PURPOSE: A plant tissue-specific BrLRP1 promoter is provided to effectively produce a gene product during a growth stage under a certain condition. CONSTITUTION: A transgenic Brassica plant in which an expression vector is introduced contains a BrLRP1 promoter with a nucleic acid sequence in sequence number 1.
