<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide conductive composition for electrophotographic apparatus for forming a conductive member for an electrophotographic apparatus whose resistance is low and by which bloom of an ion conductive agent is suppressed. <P>SOLUTION: The composition contains a rubber polymer such as hydrin rubber, a radical polymerizable monomer having a tertiary amine group, a radical polymerization initiator and the ion conductive agent. The radical polymerizable monomer can be (meth)acrylamide or the like such as N,N-dimethylaminopropylacrylamide or (meth)acrylic ester such as N,N-dimethylaminoethylacrylate. It is preferable that the conductive composition contains the radical polymerizable monomer by 1 to 50 pts.mass and the ion conductive agent by 0.1 to 10 pts.mass to 100 pts.mass of the rubber polymer. The conductive composition is suitably used for base layer material of the conductive roll for the electrophotographic apparatus 10 such as a developing roll or a charging roll formed by layering a base layer 14 and a surface layer 16 in this order on the outer periphery of a shaft body 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
