PURPOSE: A gasifier is provided to improve gasification efficiency by concentrating pulverized coal onto the center part of plasma. CONSTITUTION: A plasma gasifier comprises: an electromagnetic wave supply unit; a discharge tube(112) which generates plasma from electromagnetic wave and auxiliary gas; a gas supply unit(114) which injects the auxiliary gas into the discharge tube; a pulverized coal supply unit(116); and a nozzle part(118) which controls the flow of the auxiliary gas and generates synthetic gas by reaction of plasma and pulverized coal. The auxiliary gas is selected among oxygen, steam or a mixture gas thereof. The nozzle part is formed in a cylinder and comprises a main cylinder and guide grooves. |
