PURPOSE: A method for assembling a stabilizer bar and a bond bush without a noxious process is provided to ensure the adhesion between a stabilizer bar and a bond bush without a chlorination process. CONSTITUTION: A method for assembling a stabilizer bar and a bond bush without a noxious process comprises the following steps: applying an adhesive on the surface of a stabilizer bar twice(S100); removing a lubricant layer formed on the inner surface of a rubber bush by polishing(S200); assembling the stabilizer bar and rubber bush and subsequently a fixing bracket to the rubber bush(S300); and pressurizing the outside of the fixing bracket for closely attaching the stabilizer bar and rubber bush and attaching the stabilizer bar to the rubber bush by the adhesive applied on the inner surface of the rubber bush(S400).
