PURPOSE: A user authentication method and a system thereof for facility usage allowance are provided to intensify personal authentication and perform personal authentication and adult authentication at the same time. CONSTITUTION: A smart phone(100) is connected to a communication service provider server(200) in order to enable communication through a wireless network or a mobile communication network. The smart phone performs communication with a kiosk(300) through NFC(Near Field Communication) and communicates with the electronic door of rooms(400) through NFC. The communication service provider server confirms whether a received residential number is the same with a telephone number or not. The kiosk performs the personal authentication of user through the comparison of a received authentication number and an authentication number received from the communication service provider server. The electronic door of rooms opens a door depending on whether a generated random number is the same with a restored random number or not.
