CONSTITUTION: An independent power supply apparatus by a hybrid method of a solar cell and a wind power generator rotating an outer frame has at least two ⊂-shaped blades (6) fixed to the outer frame of generator (18) in a vertical direction. The edge vertical to ⊂-shaped blade that is positioned at the respective end of blade is fixed to the center inward in an angle of 60 degrees between the plates (3) of square plate shape hinge that is opened in an angle of 60 degrees. The peaked end toward the rotation shaft of hinge that meets the plates of hinge is made up so as to direct from the same direction to the same direction. As viewed from the sky, by the hinge that has a V shapes and that is fixed to the end of blade, one side is formed to have large wind resistance and the other side has a streamlined shape to have less wind resistance.
