An oxygen sensor heater feedback control method of vehicles is provided to allow an oxygen sensor to reach an activation temperature by efficiently controlling a heater based on 3D map according to the starting temperature of the vehicles and accumulated heat amount. An oxygen sensor heater feedback control method of vehicles comprises a step of increasing tip temperature of an oxygen sensor to the prescribed temperature by fully operating a heater from the beginning when the vehicle is starting, a step of controlling a heater duty at the prescribed temperature for keeping the temperature, a step of stopping the heater operation at the point in which the temperature reaches a set up dew point standard temperature with controlling the heater duty and a step of reaching the oxygen sensor to the activating temperature if exceeding the dew point standard temperature. |
