摘要 <p>PURPOSE: An organic/inorganic composite cementitious mortar composition with aceroacetoxyethyl methacrylate is provided to ensure rapid hardening time and improve the strength and hardness of film in construction by securing the property of rapid hardening cement material and polymer emulsion. CONSTITUTION: An organic/inorganic composite cementitious mortar composition comprises following steps. Two-ten weight% of acetoacetoxyethyl methacrylate, 8-16 weight% of butyl acrylate, and 15-25 weight% of methylmethacrylate are mixed. 0.01-1.00 weight% of ammonium persulfate is mixed as initiator. 0.02-1.20 weight% of sodium carbonate as buffer, 0.05-2.00 weight% of sodiumlauryl sulfate material as surfactant, and 40-70 weight% of water are mixed. Polymer emulsion is obtained by reacting the mixture with 200 rotation speed and at 60-100°C for 30 minutes. A rapid hardening cement composition includes 50-70 weight% of normal cement, 15-30 weight% of rapid hardening cement, 5-10 weight% of anhydrous gypsum expansion agent, 3-8 weight% of stearic acid salt, and 1-2 weight% of additives. The 50 weight of polymer emulsion is mixed based on 100 weight of the rapid hardening cement composition.</p>
